I don't just mean finger prints and DNA. Every one of us has a unique way of looking at life due to experiences, circumstances, talent, skill, interests, passions and purpose.

Just like the engine of a car has numerous parts, each designed for a specific purpose so are each of us designed for a specific purpose. Instead of being part of an engine we are part of a community.

Our community requires the performance of each person in it if we are to enjoy long term security, peace, prosperity, development and general growth. It is, however, quite sad to note that usually there are only a few individuals that keep a community moving forward.

The people that I am looking for are a bit harder to locate.

I am talking about the fathers who take responsibility for the morals and values of their children and the teachers who take pride in teaching truth rather than just conveyng facts. I am looking for the entrepreneurs who create work not just for their own wellbeing but to actually improve the economy and decrease unemployment.

Where are the millionaires who don't just build for profit but build to house the homeless and aged? Where do I find the teenager who is willing to live right and not just follow the crowd but rather be a leader by example?

Where are the mothers who teach the young ladies what it means to be a lady, how to love their husbands how to raise children and how to be industrious? Where are the happy families who positively influence families on the brink of divorce?

Your experiences in life happened so you could be stronger and be an inspiration to others in the same situation. Your talent, skill and knowledge are there to be shared with the next generation and those with business savvy are there to empower those who are willing to learn.
